Go GREEN

We are going green! Our participating wineries and our target public are all concerned with the impact we have on the environment and so are we. That is why we will ensure that every scrap of paper, every bag given out, will be 100% post consumer recycled, recycling of all materials used or discarded during the conference will be properly disposed of. A number of green focused sponsors and vendors will be in attendance at the event, the small estates that are making efforts to go green will be identified.
